This page explains how orders are prepared and delivered.

Preparation

Orders paid by manual methods are held until the payment is confirmed. Once confirmed, we prepare the order and contact you with shipping details.

Carriers and insurance

Gemstones are valuable and small. High-value parcels are sent with tracked, insured services. The carrier and cost depend on destination and parcel value, and are confirmed with you.

Duties and taxes

International parcels may attract customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
