Trust is the foundation of a gemstone business. This page sets out what we promise, and what we do not.

Our commitments

• Natural, synthetic, lab-grown and imitation materials are always labelled as such.
• Known treatments such as heating, oiling or filling are disclosed on the listing.
• We never state that a stone is untreated, certified or from a named locality unless we can support it.
• Photographs show the actual stone offered. Colour on a screen can differ from colour in daylight.

Laboratory reports

Where a stone has an independent laboratory report, the listing says which laboratory issued it. Where it does not, we say that too. Reports can be arranged on request.
