The process
- Consultation: we discuss the stone, how it will be worn and your style.
- Design: a proposal covering the setting, metal and finish.
- Agreement: scope, cost and timeline confirmed in writing before work starts.
- Making and delivery: the finished piece is checked and shipped insured.
