Our Story

FADI GEMS is a gemstone house based in Pakistan. We bring natural gemstones, rough material, mineral specimens and fine jewelry to collectors, designers and trade buyers around the world, and we describe each piece as honestly as we can.

What FADI stands for

Found in nature. Authentic in character. Distinctive in beauty. Inspired by meaning. These four ideas guide what we choose to offer and how we write about it.

• Found: every stone begins in the ground, and we say what we know about where.
• Authentic: species, variety and treatment are stated plainly. Where something is unknown, we say so.
• Distinctive: we favour stones with character over uniform commercial goods.
• Inspired: cultural and historical meaning is part of why people love gemstones, and we present it as heritage, not as a promise.

How we work

Our catalogue is led by gemmology. The Gemstone Encyclopedia documents the species and varieties we deal in, and our shop lists only real stock. Educational entries are never presented as items for sale.
